SCORING
All players will record their actual score on the scorecards which will be marked with the holes where the teams are giving/taking strokes.
Point System for the Tournament:
Win Hole = 1 point
Tie Hole = 1/2 point
Lose Hole = 0 point
Additional Points: individual actual scores will be awarded additional points for birdies, eagles, albatrosses, and aces for all matches.
Birdie 1 points
Eagle 2 points
Albatross 3 points
Ace 4 points
BETTER BALL TEAM MATCHES
Wednesday: no carry-overs. Teams will either win, lose, or tie each hole.
ALTERNATE SHOT TEAM MATCHES
Thursday: holes that result in a tie will carry over and points will accumulate until a hole is won. All points then go to the team that wins the hole.
INDIVIDUAL MATCHES (TBD THURSDAY NIGHT)
Friday: no carry-overs. The individual player will either win, lose, or tie hole.
